Position Overview

This leader will oversee all major business functions, drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen company culture, and position AppJaxx as a leader in the B2B marketing and LinkedIn lead generation space.

The ideal candidate is decisive, growth-oriented, and highly strategic—someone who can balance big-picture vision with disciplined execution while building a high-performance leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and manage a strong executive leadership team.

• Ensure operational excellence and scalability across all departments.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, innovation, and results.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and service expansions.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson and representative of AppJaxx in high-level partnerships and industry engagements.
