Salary: $88,000 - 121,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking someone with a BSc or MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
• We need 2-5+ years of experience in clinical data science, statistical programming, or clinical data management within pharma, biotech, or a similar environment.
• Strong command of SAS, R, Python, and SQL is required.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is preferred.
• Experience working with CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards is important.
• Knowledge of oncology endpoints, including RECIST and survival analysis, and exposure to real-world data is a plus.
• You should have a proven ability to clean, integrate, and reconcile complex datasets.
• Experience handling unstructured text or NLP-generated outputs is highly desirable.
• Exceptional accuracy and strong attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• You should be self-directed, inquisitive, modest, and collaborative.
• Up to 5% travel may be required.

• We transform raw, manually abstracted, and AI-processed clinical information into standardized outputs such as CDISC SDTM and ADaM, or client-specific data structures.
• We build analysis-ready datasets from multiple sources, including EMRs, EDC systems, and our internal abstraction tools.
• We develop Tables, Listings, and Figures for clinical study reports and interim analyses using SAS, R, or Python.
• We carry out thorough data cleansing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• We investigate inconsistencies to separate genuine clinical complexity from upstream data issues.
• We collaborate with engineering teams to streamline and automate data cleaning and validation processes.
• We act as early testers and internal users of new data infrastructure capabilities.
• We prepare and maintain documentation such as data specifications, derivation logic, reviewers guides, and Define.xml to support audits and regulatory filings.
• We respond to internal and external data questions, perform ad hoc analyses, and generate insights that showcase the value of our platform.
• We uphold privacy, security, and compliance obligations, including HIPAA, and support the ethical stewardship of sensitive clinical data.
