Job Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Conga CLM QA Test Lead to lead end-to-end quality assurance activities for the Conga Contract Lifecycle Management platform.
• This role will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, quality, and reliability of the Conga CLM solution across sprint deliveries, large-scale projects, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Conga CLM / Apttus , Salesforce testing, integration testing, defect management, and Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

QA Leadership & Test Delivery

• Own all QA and testing activities for the Conga CLM development team.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression, and release testing across sprint cycles.
• Prepare test plans, test scripts, execution reports, and sign-off documentation.
• Ensure complete test coverage for user stories and project deliverables.

Sprint & Agile Participation

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and sprint demos.
• Estimate testing effort for user stories and ensure test readiness.
• Support fortnightly sprint releases and release notes preparation.

Functional & Integration Testing

• Perform testing across:
  • Conga CLM
  • Salesforce (Classic & Lightning)
  • DocuSign
  • MuleSoft
  • APIs and system integrations
  • Data migration and upgrade testing

Defect Management

• Log, track, and manage defects in Jira.
• Work closely with developers to resolve issues quickly.
• Re-test fixes and validate production readiness.

Continuous Improvement

• Maintain and optimize regression suites and reusable test assets.
• Identify opportunities for test automation.
• Improve QA processes, coverage, and execution efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a QA/Test Lead.
• Strong hands-on experience with Conga CLM / Apttus CLM .
• Strong testing experience in Salesforce Classic & Lightning .
• Experience with Advanced Approvals , integrations, APIs, and DocuSign.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, regression, and data migration testing.
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Confluence and test management tools.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
