Job Description

Salary: $87,100 - 157,450 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Management of Information Technology, or a comparable field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in information security or similar functions.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Knowledge of networking ports and protocols, architectures of networked and standalone systems, operational functionalities of various operating systems, cloud computing environments, and prevalent security tools.
  • Ability to interpret information system topology diagrams and Concept of Operations documentation.
  • Familiarity with federal regulations like NIST, FISMA, and FIPS.
  • Experience with Security Control Audits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Active (or held within the last 3 years) Security Clearance.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform risk assessments, audits, and control validations.
  • Update and manage security documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Assess and validate cybersecurity tools, platforms, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software challenges within distributed network settings.
  • Assist in vulnerability management tasks, including identification, analysis, and mitigation.
