Looking to bring your administrative and computer skills to the table? We are seeking a sharp, tech-savvy Legal Administrative Assistant to join an Appellate Services Administration team. If you’re a multitasker who thrives on critical thinking and wants to support Administrative Law Judges in a mission-critical role, this is for you! No Legal experience but you have a great interest in learning? Please apply! No legal experience is required! Only great computer skills in Microsoft, Google and/or Adobe are needed to succeed in this role!
salary: $18.64 - $18.65 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Primary duties for this position include verifying incoming appeals, retrieving accurate
exhibits for a hearing, entering case documentation into appropriate repositories,
assisting Administrative Law Judges with case research, interpreting necessary
procedures for research and analysis of case files for hearings, and uploading legal
decisions and dispositions for the department to take action on a case. This also
includes scheduling the hearings for the ALJs and assisting customers with elevated
