Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in live chat support, providing timely and effective assistance to customers through online chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality support.
Document customer interactions and update relevant records.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer requests.
Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and customer service techniques.

Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience as a Live Chat Associate or in a similar customer support role.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using live chat software and other customer support tools.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of relevant experience in live chat support.
