Title: Mobile Crisis Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Duties: The Mobile Crisis Quality Assurance Coordinator plays an integral part in the overall functioning of the facility by monitoring and auditing the identified standards of person-served care as well as the quality of the entire electronic health record. The Mobile Crisis Quality Assurance Coordinator will ensure quality improvement standards are up to date and in compliance with the facilitys level of care. This position encompasses aspects of staff development infection control medical records and quality improvement to effectively collaborate with the QA committee and program at the facility level. The Mobile Crisis Quality Assurance Coordinatoris responsible for monitoring overall compliance with these aspects as they relate to current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations.

About the Campus: Crestwoods Mobile Crisis Services program through our Napa Crisis Stabilization Unit provides crisis services as part of a 24-hour crisis response continuum of care. Our program services are centered on crisis stabilization that utilizes evidence-based practices and features peer support. Our Mobile Crisis Services include screening assessment stabilization de-escalation follow up and coordination with healthcare services and other supports.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidates skills experience licensure and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$34.50 - $37.84 USD
