We're hiring experienced Ready-Mix Drivers now at all three of our southwestern PA plants! If you
have a valid CDL and take pride in safe, on-time concrete deliveries, we want you on our team. Join a

What You'll Do
. Safely operate and drive a ready-mix concrete truck from the batch plant to commercial,
residential, and industrial construction sites
. Load, mix, and deliver ready-mix concrete while adjusting slump and mix design based on
weather conditions and job specifications
. Maintain constant communication with dispatch using two-way radio for routing and delivery
instructions
. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep your truck clean, and complete minor
maintenance/repairs as needed
. Ensure all loads meet quality standards and are delivered on time
. Provide excellent customer service on job sites and professionally handle customer requests or
concerns
. Strictly follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies at plants and construction sites
What We're Looking For
. Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
. Previous ready-mix, concrete, or tanker truck driving experience strongly preferred
. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
. Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
. Reliable transportation to assigned plant and willingness to work early starts and occasional
overtime
. Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
. Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience : 1+ years commercial driving preferred (construction or ready-mix ideal)
