We are currently seeking a Salesforce Junior QA to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Salesforce Junior QA

Responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce applications through functional, regression, and automation testing. Works closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and business teams to deliver stable and high‑quality releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual testing for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom features).
• Design and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium, Java, or similar tools.
• Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing across Salesforce releases.
• Log, track, and validate defects through to closure using tools like JIRA.
• Support UAT cycles and assist business users during testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular test status updates.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in QA testing, with hands‑on Salesforce testing exposure.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform concepts (objects, workflows, roles, profiles).
• Experience with test automation frameworks and basic API testing.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 5 years QA Testing experience
