As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time in Willow Grove PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a busy retail location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license offering the chance to support daily operations with agility reliability teamwork innovation and integrity while putting people first.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents customer concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related issues.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor entrances parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior policy violations and/or unsecured access points and communicate findings to site contacts and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Support loss prevention awareness assist with crowd and line monitoring during busy periods and provide guidance to visitors and staff regarding site rules and directions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
