Ayu Bakehouse is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our front-of-house team and daily retail operations.
We're looking for a hospitality professional who can build a strong team culture, maintain high service standards, and confidently manage employee performance, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend most of your time working alongside the team while ensuring the bakery runs smoothly, staff are supported and accountable, and guests have an exceptional experience.
