Labcorp is seeking a Crisis Management Analyst I to join our team in Durham or Burlington North Carolina.

Work Schedule: This is a full time exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule with standard business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours including earlier later or additional hours with reasonable notice provided when possible.

Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington NC or Durham NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location either Burlington or Durham supporting both collaboration and flexibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Data analytics for crisis management performance metrics KPIs KRIs and OKRs across sites geographic divisions and Enterprise
  • Continuous improvement of AlertMedia and Fusion Risk Management processes which inform metrics
  • Continuous procedure and workflow reviews for ISO 22361 guidance application.
  • Annual crisis communications drills across the global organization
  • Digest and action threat and risk reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics Statistics or Business Resilience
  • Previous and/or active Labcorp Internship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-6 months experience of basic crisis management principles (ISO 22361)
  • 3-6 months experience working knowledge of Python PowerBI and/or Tableau

  • Ability to analyze risks and data for effective crisis management plans
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure
  • Initiative to problem solve without being directed
  • Ability to mine and display data for performance reporting

Labcorps Enterprise Crisis Management Team is seeking a Crisis Management Analyst I whose primary responsibilities include performance reporting procedure reviews and updates and after-action monitoring. The Analyst will also assist with preparedness response and recovery from crisis events.
